I got there at 9:30 and there was a huge line waiting outside. This was Sunday morning by the way, Feb. 25th, and I was standing there in the cold amongst, peppered throughout the line, people wearing metal plates on their heads (Naruto) and various Anime/Star Wars costumes. I’m sure a bunch of these people were socially-inept and watched lots of science fiction into the night thinking that THIS! was their time to shine - it probably was.

This guy in costume was the welcoming committee. I mean, I can make all these jokes about how they’re all nerdy and geeky and weird and antisocial and virgins and have a lot of acne and are antisocial and like masturbating to anime porn but the people there were nice.
Above: Here’s the main entrance. I took this in the afternoon so you can see that it was pretty full by then. Notice those two guys? The ‘guy on the left’, that’s future ‘the guy on the right.’
