This type of stuff is called photorealism. I think it’s just taking a photograph and then redoing it on canvas inch by inch. I’ve done that crap before, I think. Chuck Close is famous because of it. I like it. The use of the Tussin bottle is pretty interesting. Is that real? I thought it was Robitussin. Tussin is the generic Robitussin I guess. Take a look at the pictures below.
I recently started playing Solitaire on my iPod. When they give you cards, it’s three at a time so most of the time I don’t win. But guess what? I won. I won cause I thought I would get that card bouncing thing like Window’s Solitaire but that didn’t happen. Nothing happens. I think it actually gets harder after you win the first time. I’m not bad at Solitaire, I just don’t give a shit most of the time. I mean, who’s really trying to win Solitaire on iPod?
The price on this stuff was pretty expensive. That’s what I want to do. I want to make a few pieces of art from January to June and then not work for the rest of the year.
