I went to it. I took zero pictures. Thank god I didn’t bring my camera. I watched a bunch of people just taking pictures during the entire thing. If I had brought my camera, I might have done that bullshit too. Anyway, I’ll post some pictures when people start posting on flickr.

MIA let people get on stage. It was pretty crazy. I didn’t go on stage. I wasn’t that interested. However, it was pretty fun being in the middle of all those people TRYING to get on stage. It was like a mosh pit. I was getting pushed and shoved all over the place.

Several interesting things:

1. There was this guy, one of the guys who got on stage, and he tried to kiss and dry hump MIA. He was a genuine molester. I was just watching and laughing. It was gutsy and gross.

2. During the beginning, before she came on stage (she was late), I was competing against all these people to get closer for a better view -true opportunists. Every half an hour, I would be one person closer. Near the end of the concert, I was in the 3rd row I think.

3. When she “body surfed” the crowd, there were all these people trying to touch her. Again, she was molested, but what is that all about? Why are all these people trying to touch her? I didn’t want to touch her. I was just amused by all these people trying to put their hands on her ass.
