Here are some pictures I took for the show that never saw the light of day. It was a good show. See the rest of the picture here.

Above: Candice holding up a package of plastic balls.

Above: I really liked this piece. I like Alexis Stamatiou’s work. This was also the most expensive piece there. Well, expensive or not, here’s a picture for your viewing pleasures.

Above: Carlo McCormick is a big fan, he’s at every GRNY show

Above: That’s Austin English and Franchesca. Franchesca is from Canada and is trying to get work as a photographer and has this tattoo on her right arm of a blank polaroid picture so that you can draw into it. Here, you can find some here. Okay, okay, I’m not going to lie, it’s really just two boxes, one inside the other.

Above: This was Jay Howell’s piece. You all know that Jay Howell’s blowing up like nitro, right? Better get in before he’s on fire. How was that? Was that hot? I used both “blowing up like nitro” and being “on fi-yah.”

Above: Here are a few pieces by Elisabeth Timpone. She didn’t like it when I called her foxy. Oh boy.

Above: Lis just finished taking a Photoshop class and she did these up. Click them to get the full-size.

Above: This is Mollie Goldstrom

Above: I just stood idly by while somebody spills something and tries to clean it up. Notice the leaning tower of plastic cups. Hey, I’m the photographer, I take pictures. That’s just my bag baby, yeah (ala 1997 Austin Powers).

Excuse my ignorance if it’s plainly obvious, but I’m feeling ignorant. Who did those paintings of little buildings that appear to be on water? They are delightful and I simply must have them for my collection. I don’t have a collection. Or much money. But a website would be nice….
Those are by Alex Lukas. They’re still available if you’re interested, call GRNY, get the number off the site: http://www.grny.net
